Wat ga je doen?
Als CNC-draaier/programmeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige bewerkingsproces, van voorbereiding tot eindcontrole:
Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en productiedocumentatie
Bepalen van de optimale bewerkingsvolgorde
Instellen en afstellen van CNC-machines
Programmeren en uitvoeren van CNC-bewerkingen
Instellen van gereedschappen
Controleren van producten met diverse meetmiddelen
Afwerken van producten (ontbramen, reinigen en voorbereiden voor vervolgbewerkingen)
Onderhouden en schoonhouden van je werkplek

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een ervaren en zelfstandige CNC-draaier/programmeur die kwaliteit, precisie en verantwoordelijkheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt mee in het proces en voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar flexibiliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan.
Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:
• Ervaring als CNC programmeur
• Ervaring met Mazak / Mazatrol is een pré, maar geen vereiste
• Affiniteit met kleinere onderdelen (ca. 3 mm tot 300 mm)
• Ervaring met het instellen en afstellen van machines (meerdere keren per dag)
• Ervaring met kleine series (1–50 stuks)
• Ervaring met verschillende materialen en bewerkingen
• Goede beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlands
• Woonachtig in of nabij Rotterdam
Daarnaast ben je in staat om goed samen te werken binnen het team en werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
